1. Air source high temperature heat pump crude oil pipeline heating

Working principle:  The crude oil pipeline transportation process used in oil fields is divided into inlet pipeline, outlet pipeline and bypass pipeline. The gate valves of the equipment on the inlet and outlet pipelines are normally open valves, and the bypass valves are normally closed valves. When air source heat pump maintenance occurs, open the bypass valve and close the inlet and outlet valves.

2. Circulating heating device crude oil pipeline heating

Working principle:  direct heating method, the oil-water mixture directly enters the shell and tube heat exchanger in the device for direct heat exchange, and the oil-water mixture can be heated to the temperature specified by the customer, and the heated oil-water mixture enters the crude oil pipeline.

Flow Description:

1) The circulating heating device is applied to the oil field crude oil pipeline transportation process, which is divided into an inlet pipeline, an outlet pipeline and a bypass pipeline.

2) The gate valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines are normally open valves, and the bypass valves are normally closed valves. When the circulation heating device is maintained, open the bypass valve and close the inlet and outlet valves.
