　　The total construction weight of the main body of the FLNG temporary gasification module is 228 tons, of which the structural weight is 110 tons and the pipeline diameter is 4,100 inches. The module is hoisted by a 600-ton floating crane at sea and is in place at the bow. During the construction process, the ship inspection and the owner have strict requirements. The original construction period was only 30 days, and the construction organization was difficult. Ten Construction Company carefully organized and strictly planned, and completed the construction task within the agreed construction period, which was praised and affirmed by Wison Heavy Industry.

　　The welders for the construction of this module must obtain the certification of BV classification society before they can work, and the examination is difficult. The beams and columns of the structure are all steel connections, and the welds are 100% fully penetrated. The welds are inspected before and after welding. The welds and welds need to be polished bright and smooth. The appearance inspection does not allow any defects. Each inspection can only be passed after multiple times. Due to the needs of the construction period, the pipes are prefabricated at the same time as the structure, and the equipment and pipes are installed at the same time. There is no "favor" during the entire construction process. Only 100% of the inspection is qualified.
